Date: 11/26/12 11:21 PM I am looking for something to give my daugter for Christmas that she can use to make her own bias tape. I have seen a few machines at walmart for about $50.00 and Joannes are over $100 but then there are some tools on Joanne on line. Cannot do the $100 but th $50 could be done. Any suggestions would be super |

Date: 11/27/12 6:03 AM I love bias tape and make my own for all projects. I use a rotary cutter, mat, and ruler (all from the quilting department).

Date: 11/27/12 6:58 AM I got my simplicity bias maker at Walmart on clearance and I love it.....I can make yards of bias tape in minutes. They also had the different size bias attachments on sale and I picked them up. I got such a great deal - $35 for machine and $2.50 each for the attachments and it was well worth it. I think mine is the older model, but it works and it is great. Great gift for anyone that sews.... |
