Has anyone experienced this? Wawak sending stuff from Cleaners Supply

The phone was answered Wawak, I had my Wawak catalog numbers and gave them, was thanked for purchasing from Wawak. But when order came, it was in a Cleaners Supply box, had a Cleaners Supply packing slip, and now I'm receiving emails from Cleaners Supply asking me to grade their customer service. What???
