Can you sell embroidery designs?

Is that legal? Probably not becasue you could keep the designs on your computer then sell the CD. That wouldn't be right. I supose people do it anyway. ------ Ada

Wonder if they sold them or had to trash them? This is a great question. Lots of things (like software) used to be on CDs and gifted, donated, or sold when no longer used or the computer crashed. I think it would be difficult to make a case against you for a CD that you sold. I replaced a crashed PC with a computer that has no CD drive- so there is no way I would ever have been able to put a design on it from the old CDs (if I still had them). What a messed up tangle it is nowadays. ------ re-living my youth through sewing...

What is ilegal is if you have a signature collection that you copy and use for prophet.
