Ann Taylor Color Block dress want to make a top -- any patterns like it?

Check out the third photo at the linked page see in greater detail how the dress is put together. There is a center front piece with a dart, a princess line, and side seam. The back also has an armscye princess piece. I'd like to make it as a top, not a dress, so I don't need that center back zipper.
