Threads magazine "coupon" GRRR

(Many thanks to the OP on that thread!) So when the DVD arrived, a coupon code for 10% off my next order was included, and it specified that it could be applied to already discounted items. Threads is offering free shipping and no minimum order this month also, so I decided to place an order. When I tried to order, the checkout process does not allow me to have the free shipping and use the coupon code both. This is despite the free shipping banner across the website. If I use the coupon code, the shipping charges come up. I only get free shipping if I forfeit using my coupon code. The code is supposed to work until the end of Feb. So basically they have given me a useless coupon. My order was small, so the 10% only amounted to a couple bucks. OK, I'm done whining.
