Date: 12/19/12 5:01 PM I turned on the news early to see the most recent update on this new storm. Last night they hinted we MAY or may not.. but may get some snow on Christmas day.. Thankfully I have that new electric fireplace.. for ambience if needed.
Big changes blowing in they just said.. but right now the highway is closed due to dust storms.. unbelievable.. |

Date: 12/19/12 6:31 PM It is iffy here. On the radar it looks like it will barely miss us. But the forecast said early morning flurries. |

3 members like this. Date: 12/19/12 6:56 PM Looks like a bad storm.....I could have lived without the naming of the storms....just so much Weather Channel nonsense. ------ "Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible."

Date: 12/20/12 0:42 AM We are expecting 8-18" in our area. Where I live they expect at least 14" by Friday morning. DH has set things up to work from home, so no driving for us, thank goodness.
At least we will have a white Christmas. That really only happens about half of the time as the worst storms tend to start in January. ------ Barb |
