I am intrigued by this faux fur fabric on Fabric Mart, but I am unsure what it really looks like? It is described as being salmon pink, but in one picture it looks salmon pink/brown striped. Does anyone have any idea?

One of the best tips I read about gaugibg the true color of a fabric online is to print it out. This will give you a much better idea of the color since monitors can display colors differently.

IMHO the fabric looks a fairly pink.

Does it look striped to you? I am thinking that if it is they would have said so.

If you read the description it says 1/4" fur and 1 1/4" in opposite direction. So yeah it's going to look striped by the way it's cut.

It looks both single colored AND striped, depending on how the light hits it. It's a beige-y-salmon pink and quite shiny in it's single shade (solid) look. Each strip isn't going in opposite directions (like with the nap and against the nap) but it does look like the the direction and varying heights of how they cut the fur contribute to the striped look. Anyway, this is as best as I can explain it. Hope it helps.
