Finally purchased above at Hancock's sale price, but at Walmart, due to not having a Hancock in my area, and Walmart does price match.
Now, I wonder if this could be made with a stretch woven without revising the pattern for it.

Thank you and hopefully I'll open the pattern and have success.

Are you making the jacket, skirt or dress?

All of them should be ok in a stretch woven since it usually only has about 20% or less stretch. The only part that may pose a problem would be the waist band of the skirt. But if you use a regular woven interfacing that would stabilize it enough that any stretchiness is removed.

Be especially careful sewing and pressing the princess seams if you're making the dress out of the stretch woven. Ask me how I know!

Thank you for your reply. I will make the dress and jacket and am happy to learn that the stretch woven that I have will work. Am interested to find out what happened with your pressing princess seams.
