I notice that my posts and reviews are no longer showing the little red 'spell check' lines under words when I make a spelling error or typo. I am a shocking speller but still consider it to be important. I don't like to publish a review or post with spelling errors or typos so I miss this feature.

I know the site is international and therefore we have variations in spelling but I would still prefer to have a United States spell check than none at all.

Any thoughts from others?

I assume that feature is/was for FoPR only, so I don't know, but I just wanted to mention that your post is spelled perfectly.

I know spell check has been suggested several times, but I don't think it ever went through...I have spell check only through Firefox...and they don't know how to sew!! All pattern companies, proper names, and sewing terms are underlined!

You might check your browser and see if something has been turned off or disabled...

Thanks, I did wonder if this issue was at my end rather than PR. I had a quick look but couldn't see anything obvious but will hunt some more and see what I can find.

Spell check is on your browser's end, not on PR's. I know that Firefox and Chrome both have a spellcheck feature; you might have upgraded which might have turned it off, check your settings.

Thanks everyone! I did a search on Firefox and found where the spell check settings are. It seems this feature had been disabled at my end at some stage. I have turned it back on and now have my wiggly red warning lines again!

The new Apple Device upgrade spell checker is driving me crazy with this- sew to see and sewing to seeing! I like having browser settings- nice to have that squiggly line for spell check instead of auto correct. But I don't think I have a way to adjust it on my iTouch.
