Hi, I'm wondering if anyone knows how/ what size the bust of HP is drafted?

I made a 16 and would usually do an FBA for my DD bust. The pattern fitted perfectly with no alteration. I sewed the Plain & Simple Essential Shift Dress.

I've heard somewhere on the boards here that the HP bust is drafted larger. Do they draft according to dress size eg expecting a bigger size woman to have a larger bust? Is it fantastic.

Hope someone knows.

thanks

When they first came out, there was different sizing. They had glamour girl and slinky girl and another one that were drafted for different cup sizes. Then they went to multi sized and I'm not sure what it is.

Here's their size chart. It does not make it easy to find the cup size at all.

I thought she drafts for a C cup.

Hi Rag Doll

I recently madeHP1121 no fba for my DD either. In fact I think I possibly could reduce it a fraction. I found the armhole very snug so will have to alter that next time I make it up.
FYI This was a very quick sew 3 hrs from tracing to hem with a tea break included.

I love that top, I didn't need a fba either.

Hello Skye!!

Nice to hear from you.

Yes it is a very quick sew and I agree, the armhole is quite snug. I haven't managed to get both in yet, I just tacked in the 1st one to see what it was like. the arm width is ok though so cross fingers for me.

I made a blue linen with a goldie brown contrast topstitch. Looks quite nice.
Hopefully I'll finish it tomorrow!
Sue

I was wondering what the cup size was also. I sent two emails but no response.
