Date: 12/30/12 11:56 PM Has anyone seen the new Janome Blue Bobbins? A nice collection like the Cherry Blossom bobbins last year.

It's just a matter if time before a Janome or Elna ends up here. ------ 🌸 Plenty of machines, mostly Berninas 🌸 |

2 members like this. Date: 12/31/12 3:15 AM You know...I got those pink bobbins. Had to have them. I love pink! But I hate them. It's just that much harder to see how much thread is on them when they're in the machine. So I don't use them. But they sure are pretty. ------ Alison in suburbia - Sydney Australia

Date: 12/31/12 12:18 PM Unfortunately that is the case. I like the color but you can't see what color thread you have either. However I have the varied colored Viking bobbins and the same thing goes, although the regular Viking bobbins I use are the green and they aren't as hard to see what's in there - I guess it is some complex color thing which I am going to be too bored with to look up though.
BUT, bobbins - what a completely innocent and not expensive pleasure they are - so where are these blue ones?! Again?! I know I shall fall....here's a pic from a more friendly site....
Blue Bobbins
and then also a friendly site - Ken's!
Ken's with the Blue Bobbins....
So - who orders them first? And, BTW, all the J marked bobbins are of the same material, so the pink, the blue and the regular transparent are the same bobbins. -- Edited on 12/31/12 12:27 PM -- ------ "Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible."

Date: 1/1/13 5:38 PM Nope. I am not ordering any anyway since I have loads of bobbins - and blue is not a color I really want too much. I don't use the various colors of my bobbins already - I go for the transparent every time. And the green for the Viking. But I would think they would start now at 19.99 and maybe get down to 14.99. ------ "Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible."
