Cutting Line Hearts A'Flutter OVERBLOUSE question about constructing this garment

I am puzzled as to how the front and back get sewn together.. the stitch termination point on the back is clearly 5/8 from the edge. On the Center Front piece, however, the stitch termination point is more than 5/8" in.... I am not sure how to proceed? Thanks in advance (BTW, I did check PR's of this but no one mentioned this...)
