Date: 1/1/13 5:48 PM Here I am with another question on this pattern. I have made the round neck version and I think that my fabric (knit with gold strands, fairly loose weave) has stretched. The neckline has expanded down so that I would like to add a modesty panel to it without it looking like a true add-on. I have searched message board and read note from 3/16/10, but hope I could find a easier way to do this.
Thank you |

Date: 1/5/13 2:58 PM Have found answer to this problem. Made a small half moon insert for the inside of the front to adjust lowest part of the neckline. On to the next Renfrew.

Date: 1/5/13 3:18 PM Sunshine - I have added modesty panels to quite a few RTW t-shirts and when I tell people I've sewn them in they are always surprised. One of those great things about being able to sew, isn't it? ------ http://bgballroom.wordpress.com to follow the progress on my next ballgown. |
