I had asked about using the usb thumb drive but can not fine the thread. I did was every one said and I even found a usb that is 1g. The other one I tried to use was 4g. I have a Babylock Ellageo and it will take the designs by using the cable on computer but I have got to bee missing a step somewhere. I am 40 miles from my store and with the icy roads I am falling back on all of you. If you have the same machine and are able to use the usb could you tell me the steps? If anyone else has any ideas they are welcome. I am wanted to use my new machine every chance I can but it is unhandy to move the computer where my machine has to be.

TIA

If you are trying to put a lot of designs onto the flash drive at once, you need to put them into folders so the machine does not have to read all of them at once. Then put in the flash drive and just click on the folder. Hope this helps

I thought we couldn't use folders on the thumb drives.

(haven't tried it... but was told by my dealer that folders weren't supported)

Thanks everyone. I was able to go to the dealer Thursday and they could not get it to work either and then they put the thumb drive in the $9,000 one and it worked! What the problem is the 1 g usb did not work but when I got home I cleared out a 4g one and by using folders it is working. So now I have cut out a sweatshirt and will be able to put on one of the designs.

My store said to make files. I have done a small file just to see how it works but I now need to do it and see how much I can do.
