I was at the local sewing center yesterday and tested machines. Liked them all but the Opal and Sapphire sang to me.

Checked on ebay last night and put a few on my watch list, and Snagged one with 10 minutes left and WON the big OhMyGoodness!!!

I think I'm in shock

I still can NOT believe it!!! The reviews on here are VERY mixed about the bobbin and threading. But at 1/2 the price of a new one, I can afford whatever thread it wants to eat

*pinching myself* and it will arrive in time to quilt the Bonnie Hunter Mystery Quilt I've been following along since November yahoo

Just be sure to read the manual first, and to thread it correctly and so on, and if you have issues - take it to a sewing guy and have it looked at and made right. Noce machines!I know they love Metrosene, and so do I.

Just got notice it will be here Wednesday so Next Thurs is marked Off Limits for anything but learning and putting it through the paces - hmm Mark Friday off as well lol
