I'm looking for 100% rayon/viscose slinky type jersey, heavyweight with sheen, no lycra & not the modal stuff. I've been browsing online for a few days now to no avail. Designers use it all the time as an alternative to silk jersey, I just can not find anything. Has anyone seen anything like it?

This is what I'm looking for:

What about the rayon matte jersey at Mood Fabrics? I have never bought it myself due to the high postage costs so I don't know the weight but You could ask for swatches. Mood Rayon Jersey. Ignore the first few fabrics that are poly.

If Mood's stuff doesn't work, I wonder if the satin jersey from Jasco would? It looks like what you're talking about. Satin Jersey from Jasco.

I wanted to bump this topic to see if anybody else has seen any other resources for rayon satin jersey. Jasco only sells by the roll now = /
