I am making a jacket that has a deep reversed pleat in the back.
The jacket is only partially lined but I prefer a fully lined jacket but I am unsure how to go about lining the back around the pleat.
I would appreciate any help you can offer. Here is a link to the jacket.

Cute jacket! You can stitch the lining to the side seams, leaving a large piece for the back, and lightly tacking the back down at the hem so it doesn't show when you move. This is what I'd do, rather than lining it completely and having it hang free, only to show a little when you move.
