Help with lining a jacket that has a deep reversed pleat

The jacket is only partially lined but I prefer a fully lined jacket but I am unsure how to go about lining the back around the pleat. I would appreciate any help you can offer. You can stitch the lining to the side seams, leaving a large piece for the back, and lightly tacking the back down at the hem so it doesn't show when you move.
