Date: 1/13/13 11:35 AM Does anyone know a good source for denim fabric for making jeans? Especially the slightly distressed/striped denim that you see in RTW like at Coldwater Creek? |

Date: 1/15/13 7:04 AM Denim is usually something I have to inspect "up close and personal", so I can check the weight, the drape, the color, etc. I keep an eye on Joann's stock and buy when they accidentally get something good in. ------ “Never try to teach a pig to sing; it wastes your time and it annoys the pig.” -Robert Heinlein and Ann's father. Thanks for the reminder, Ann.
Where are we going, and what am I doing in this handbasket?

Date: 1/15/13 8:20 AM Like Karla, I've found some nice denims at JoAnn's.
Marcy Tilton also has very good denims and good descriptions so you can be pretty sure of what you're getting. She's not cheap, but she carries really nice stuff.Marcy's pants fabrics ------ --Robyn
