Unable to transfer files to my machine Need help transferring files.

I have purchases and downloaded several designs from Emblibrary.com. I have made sure they are in the right format, and the correct size for my machine. When I plug the USB cord to my machine and copy the file to the e: file, it will not move to my machine. It will show that the space is being used, but no design will show up. What should I do?

I think that you must have a file on your hard drive and then open up your file and find the designs that you want to send over to your machine. Then turn your embroidery machine on and then plug in the cable in your machine and your computer. There should be an icon that you press on your embroidery machine which should open up the design onto your embroidery screen. I do not think the designs are supposed to be inside of a folder. Read your manual carefully about transferrring designs over to your machine. You might find a utube video showing you how to do it. Harriet

I think you may only be able to transfer one design at a time. I'm only tring to Move one item at a time. It is showing in the memory used, but the image is not moving to the machine. Any other ideas?

Unless you selected this option at EL, you can either do this yourself, or go to your EL account and select unzip and download again.
