So I can't believe I have to ask this question cause I've been sewing for ohhhh 25 years...but anyway, I bought this thick thread last time I was in my local sewing machine shop and I can not for the life of me remember which looper it's supposed to go in. I only ever serge with regular serger thread. Help!

When I used ribbon floss, I put it through the upper looper. That way, if you're serging on the right side, the decorative thread will show on the right side.
My grandmother taught me to sew when I was 10, and I've been sewing ever since.

You can use it in the upper looper, lower looper, or both. Depends on the look you are going for.
These videos are available for a limited time and may help you with your decision.

you can also thread each looper with a different color thread to see which you prefer

If you're using it on one looper, it will be the upper looper. Generally that is the "public" side of our projects.
