Date: 1/20/13 12:24 PM So I can't believe I have to ask this question cause I've been sewing for ohhhh 25 years...but anyway, I bought this thick thread last time I was in my local sewing machine shop and I can not for the life of me remember which looper it's supposed to go in. I only ever serge with regular serger thread. Help! ------ Deborah Thompson

Date: 1/20/13 1:34 PM When I used ribbon floss, I put it through the upper looper. That way, if you're serging on the right side, the decorative thread will show on the right side. ------ My grandmother taught me to sew when I was 10, and I've been sewing ever since. |

Date: 1/20/13 1:44 PM You can use it in the upper looper, lower looper, or both. Depends on the look you are going for.
These videos are available for a limited time and may help you with your decision.

Date: 1/21/13 3:45 PM If you're using it on one looper, it will be the upper looper. Generally that is the "public" side of our projects. |
