Babylock Ellageo problem "Attach frame" message while my frame is on

I restarted the machine, tried different designs, reloaded the embroidery module - nothing seems to fix the message. Any ideas? Thanks

Try a different hoop on the machine to see if it will recognize it. If not, you'll have to take it in to your dealer. I did try a different hoop, different design, different floppy - I can't believe this - I was embroidering fine just before - Nothing odd happened - I didn't move the machine. Inside the embroidery unit is a 3 pin slide switch, when the hoops aren't recognized 1 or more of the switches are broken.
