Center back zipper Changing a back zipper to a buttoned opening

I have my own way, but it just doesn't please me. I'm a fairly advanced sewer but some things just escape me ... plus I've not sewn for little ones for 40 years. Now that I gave a DGD to sew for, I'm back into it as my DD loves having OOAK fashions for her DD.
