I have long been obsessed with this Nanette Lepore dress. I have the fabric to do an inspired version of it, but not a pattern. I was considering S1799 but the bodice is not quite right. It doesn't have the tie neck. The Nanette dress looks very retro so does anyone know of any vintage sewing patterns that are similar? I have been scouring vintage sites and haven't come up with alot. I may try to enter this in the RTW contest but I am not sure.
Here is the dress:

I like Colette's Sencha for the bodice:

Sencha

The keyhole is not as low, and the sleeves aren't as fluttery... I like that the Sencha cut is a little less sweet, but that's just me getting less comfortable with sweet fluttery features as I approach 40...

Burda 03-2008-119 doesn't have the seaming on the skirt, but the bodice and sleeve are pretty close. It's easy to add a tie neck in lieu of a facing/bias binding.

Vogue 1161 has kinda/sorta/slightly similar seaming on the skirt, but the bodice is completely different.

Also, Vogue 8196 (out of print but recent enough that it shouldn't be too hard to find on Etsy or eBay) might also work for the bodice.

Simplicity 2501 already has the tie neck option, though you'd need to create the keyhole opening (not difficult with this pattern, as it has a self-placket rather than a separate front placket).
