Date: 2/6/13 3:23 PM I am guessing you said something like YES, if she just asks for one. On the other hand, why wait for Santa? Take her shopping and buy one for her now. Then you have nearly the entire year to enjoy it.
Santa can bring her accessories, patterns and fabric. ------ Quilting is relaxing to me. I love to play with fabrics, patterns and colors.

Date: 2/7/13 6:54 PM That's a cute idea!
But not yet... Her birthday is in December as well so she got sooo much gifts that we're on a gift freeze phase.
Also I think she's still too little... She just turned two!
I'm scared she'll sew her hands through! Haha
Although she likes to sit on my lap and watch me sew, and already knows where not to touch. :)
BTW her next words were "does it come in Minnie Mouse?" -- Edited on 2/7/13 6:55 PM -- |

Date: 2/7/13 7:31 PM We did not know if she just turned 2 or was closer to 3. Either way, she must be a cutie.
As for Minni Mouse, maybe some stickers on the machine when she is old enough to learn to sew. They do make kids machines with finger guards, you know. Yes, 2 is a little too young. How would she reach the pedal to sew?? ------ Quilting is relaxing to me. I love to play with fabrics, patterns and colors.
