Date: 2/7/13 6:29 PM Fall 2013 colors have been released by Pantone. I'm not sure I can wear a lot of these colors. I'm more of a warm color person. ------ Marilyn

Date: 2/7/13 10:56 PM Love it! Much more jewel toned than earthy, that's good for me.
And my closet is already full of acia (purple) but my stash has even more. (Because I am always buying purple.....but then I save it for....the perfect.......) I know the rest of you don't do silly stuff like that! |

Date: 2/7/13 11:06 PM I usually don't like the Pantone colors, but I love the lineup for Fall 2013. That is, I love the way the colors look on my laptop.
Unfortunately, most of the colors aren't listed in the Pantone fandeck. So it's hard to be sure what these colors really look like. The one color that is listed in the fandeck, Emerald, looks much lighter than it appears on the screen. ------ The essence of life is statistical improbability on a colossal scale.

Date: 2/11/13 9:54 PM I think I can work with about half of them. Acai, I think I love you! And Samba, shall we dance? LOL
I was just searching through my knit stash and have a sort of Deep Lichen Green ligthweight knit in there (almost to my surprise!). ------ Fashion Maté, where I blog about what I (eventually) sew : http://fashionmate.blogspot.com

Date: 2/13/13 8:15 AM These are great colors for me. That could be bad...I may have to stock up while fabric manufacturers are using this group of colors. Anyone know of how to get the new color chips that are not on the pantone deck? |
