Using Sew-Quick.com in UK? mailorder sewquick online

(I'm in the UK, too.) They say delivery is normally 3-4 working days but I've been waiting over two weeks. I've had no confirmation of my order, other than the Paypal receipt and they're not answering phone-calls or emails. Has anyone else used this firm? Is this just normal service for them? I'm getting a bit worried they've gone bust or something. They're in Scotland and so am I, so it's not even another country... Am I just being impatient? Anyone else experiences or views? Lucina

I finally emailed her, and she told me her sister had been very ill, which was why she hadn't been able to tend to her business. I did make several attempts to contact them via email and phone messages but never received any answer. Often, when I tried to leave a phone message, there was just a recording saying the mailbox was full. In the end I got a refund via Paypal. It's a shame about the family illness - but I would have thought someone could put a message on the website saying they can't take orders at present.
