5 members like this. Date: 2/11/13 1:07 PM I stopped at my viking dealer yesterday to look over some accessories I was thinking of getting. When I arrived, the dealer was helping a Joann's customer, who was having trouble figuring out how to thread their Brother 1034d serger. She patiently walked the customer through the whole process, and also offered some helpful tips on threading, which I didn't know, and was happy to learn since I have the same serger. I was so impressed at her helpfulness; she's not selling this machine, and I thought it was very nice that she made time to help her (and even chased the customer down before she left the store, since she'd left her manual behind). So, kudos to good service and nice people. ------ Viking Lily 545
