You could try the Wiksten Tova as a woven starting point, or Jalie 2911 has the crossed front bib portion. I would guess you would need to flare the bib pieces and put a goodly amount of interfacing in there to get the nice big ruffles. ------ Wendy Wellington, New Zealand
