I had one for my daughter but kids these days pick up on technology so fast and can manipulate the fancier machines. She figured out the Viking Opal 670 in minutes while in the store! Still, it's a great backup or kid machine. |

Date: 2/21/13 3:05 AM You midwesterners talk about Uggs like you wear them for weather. That doesn't explain their popularity in coastal California! They're a fashion statement if you believe my students who wear Uggs with cut-off shorts and tube tops.
The Hello Kitty machine is cute and it's good to hear it's functional. I know just the person to whom to suggest this. She loves everything HK and she's admired the fact that I sew. ------

Date: 2/21/13 7:14 AM I couldn't figure out why my niece wanted Uggs (talls) boots for her birthday-- she lives in TN. The boots look fairly plain and functional
so I guess I don't get it. |

Date: 2/21/13 7:21 AM They are warm and here on this 23 degree morning. I know these aren't as warm as the Ugg brand with real sheepskin and the reason I probably wouldn't wear them but don't have a problem with the fake ones. ------
