I hate to see people taken advantage of. I know we live in a capitalist society and everyone has the right to earn a living. However. I just went on a search to find something another member is working on and was then led to several sites. We who have embroidery machines have been quilting in our hoops for years. But now it seems it's the big thing aimed at quilter more so then embroiders and it really peeves me how much they are charging for designs. As quilters who are just now getting into quilting in the hoop don't realize the embroidery market and are paying way too much for designs and these designers are charging way too much for simple stippling designs they seem to think they invented it or something. Embroidery library has their stippling designs at I believe $1.00 apiece. I just saw some advertised 6 designs for $30 that is outrageous. Quilters those of you that are new to machine embroidery don't let yourself get ripped off.
Just an example
50 designs for $30. And you can buy the as singles as well and they have great sales every week.
