I'm looking for a pattern similar to this formal dress for my toddler. So a kids pattern smaller the better. I'm lost I have been searching and searching. I'm hoping someone will know I love this dress but can not afford the price they want for it.

I think the pickup technique isn't hard.

You could take something like this:

Make the skirt longer and install the pickups.

ETA: Pickup technique.

There's an out of print Simplicity 2767 with pick-ups but its short not long. I'd just find a shape you want for the bodice then do a lining skirt and an over skirt. Make the overskirt fuller-wider maybe a little longer including hem and lift the pickups to suit

So funny that's actually the pattern I ended up going with I'm doing e and I'm taking the shoulder flap and turning those into the actual straps and then ill make my own sash for the waist. I just hope it turns out in real life the way I see it in my head.

I cannot suggest you any link that will help you in getting same dress. There are many other styles similar to this and I think you will like them. See the different patters here
