Which pattern is this? It was really popular a few years ago.... Help, please

A high waistband, and the entire bust is gathered all the way across. It was done in knits and wovens, by a whole bunch of people of all sizes. It might have been one of the retro reprint patterns, but now I can't find it in my stash or on any of the Big 4 websites. It was a Big 4 pattern. Help!
