Pattern help Bubble (?) hem tunic?

I love the mix of fabric, the collar (which has some cool gathering at the shoulder), and the front sipper, which is mainly decorative (ie., I don't need to unzip it to take it off, but the zipper is functional). Anyone familiar with any patterns similar? The company is Danish.
