Hello All-

I am about to purchase my first machine and have narrowed it down to 3 I am interested in. I dont have any experience sewing, so test driving them is not very productive. The choices and prices the dealer is offering are:

Juki HZL-G100 - $599
Pfaff Select 150 - $599
Used Pfaff Expression 2036 - $599

Anyone have any info to help me tip the scales...I would like to make clothes.

Thanks

I would be tending toward the Pfaff with the IDT. If you are making clothing the IDT will save you so much! It will make sure collars, cuffs, side seams etc. are all even and straight and you will never regret having it. If the dealer is a good one and will support you well, I would go that direction. You will have to get the machine you feel best with, so I wish you good luck! :)
