Price for a used Brother Innovis 2800D

There's a Brother Innovis 2800D available locally via private sale. The seller has listed it for $2200, but is willing to go down to $2000. There should be prices as well as when this machine was purchased. Like motor vehicles, sewing machines loose value as soon as the dealer closes the deal. Ask for a demo and then you try the various functions before making a purchase regardless if the machine is new or used.

I'd have to see them in person. There were 3 when I checked. 2 new went for around $3000 and a used one was ~$1800 (including shipping). The used machine probably would have sold for more had the seller made more of an effort. There was no picture of the machine at all, just the box. ------ Doo-doo-DOO-doo, Doo-doo-DOO-doo......
