I needed to make 2 quilts fast. I cut them both and strip pieced the 9 patches -- it was pretty fast.

Date: 3/3/13 12:40 PM Wow -- they are amazing. Most people would not realize they are made from the exact same block pattern.
Colour and placement makes all the difference in the world.

I love them both....can't decide which light/dark combination I'd like to make myself. ------ A balanced diet is a cupcake in each hand. |

No, I dont have any help in my sewing room. I do however have some help with reading my school books. I get them in pdf form and have the computer read them out loud - I love to listen to things and the process of quilting helps me remember things better.
So, I get two things done at once. That helps.
We have a "First Friday art walk" here - every first Friday all of the places in town put up art and people walk around to look at it. I have revolving shows at three places. My quilts go great at the Mexican place. They even use Fiesta there. The other places are locally/handmade galleries.
