Can't find my instruction manual! Elna Pro 4 DE Serger

I've been searching and coming up empty. The threading instructions on the inside door are different than the manual's. The ones in the door aren't working. I tried ElnaUSA - is there a European site for Elna? I ALWAYS keep my manual with my two serger books inside the serger case. So why isn't it there??? Signing off frustrated. In that one CAC responded saying Quote: I also have an old Pro 4 DE. I think the trick is to make sure the lower looper thread is pulled to the back UNDER the upper looper and that is done after the upper looper. (Upper looper First, Lower looper second.)Twizzers work great for this. Let me know if this helps? If not we can try again. :) I'm going to try it. eta note to self: it worked! I don't know if you're still around, cac but thank you, thank you, thank you. In the meantime, you may want to make a copy of your instruction manuals!! What do you think of your Elna Pro 4 DE? I was given one that belonged to the late mother of a friend. I'm not sure whether to keep it or a 2/3/4 Kenmore serger I have.
