How can I fix the neckline so my bra straps don't show?

I just started sewing again after many years. I made Simplicity 1693 view B. I used some cotton from my stash. It went together very quickly. I like the results except for the neckline. My bra straps show just a little but enough to make me feel like I'd be adjusting the whole time I was wearing it. Any ideas? Wear a cami? Add bias tape to neckline? Toss it? Thanks for any help.

Strap holders/minders are strips of woven thread, much like what you have when you stretch serged thread.

You form a loop boy sewing one end at the shoulder seam, place a snap next to it and another snap at the loose end of the loop.

You see this on more expensive dresses.

Here is a tutorial with visual.

And another.

If all else fails...Hollywood Fashion Tape...you can just stick a small piece on the strap and stick the shirt to it. It will stay put until you take it off.

Go European, nobody cares :-D I was totally shocked when I came you saw bra straps everywhere. E.g. women wear racer back bra type with a spaghetti strap tank top. :-O!
