I've been kind of wrangled into setting up a table for a spring craft show. I've only ever been to holiday ones so I have no idea what to do. It's through my Dog Sports club so I will be making some dog collars to sell, but I wanted to do something else as well. The kicker is that it's March 17th so I gotta get moving!

Headbands
Fabric flowers for clips/pins

That's where I've stopped my creative juices....lol! I don't want to sink a bunch of money since I have no idea. I have loads of fabric scraps as I'm sure we all do so I was hoping to use something with them.

TIA for any ideas! And don't worry, I live in the boonies so I won't be infringing on anyone else's craft shows ;-)

I've bought little fabric play mice for my cats that would be really easy to make and take up your small scraps of fabric. Mine are like tiny pillows, with some catnip in with the stuffing, and a feathery/ribbony tail. Hope that makes sense? If I see one around, I'll get a picture, but I'm not sure where the cats have stashed them at the moment.

Here's few that would be pretty quick & easy

plastic bag holder

teacup pin cushion

car trash bag

another car trash bag

crochet scrubber

easy nook/kindle case

Maybe simple tote/shopping bags and simple aprons.

Thank you! I like those car trash bags. I have a ton of scraps that would work for that and an abundance of ric rac I inherited from my grandmother that would dress them up.

How about the neck wraps to heat in the microwave. Easy to make and you can use alot of cottons you have left from other fabrics.

I'm going to suggest my go-to craft (made a bunch of these assembly-line style for Christmas and they came out surprisingly well) - Coffee Cozies!

Also, there are tons of ideas here.

I also agree with the car trash bags, and rice bags (with or without essential oils for aroma therapy). I think both would go over well with the dog crowd.

You could also bake some dog treats - tie up a few w/ a ribbon.

This Pinterest Board may have some other dog-specific ideas for you. I like the clothespin dog and the rope dog toys from leftover fleece. (Also lots of treat recipes in there.)

And there are some other things (like the Theatrical Goody Bag HERE.

Wow! Thank you for all the ideas! So many cute ones too choose from!

I kind of like the water bottle holder. I think for dog people it would be nice to be able to easily carry that for walks with their dogs. I know I would like it.

How do you think the water bottle holder would go over with a small pocket for keys, or a nano, or doggie pick-up bags?

Just asking....I haven't been to any craft fairs lately and have never sold any craft items.

I loved the little rectangular tea mats (mug rugs?) someone posted recently. I'd snap those up in a flash. I might shove other shoppers aside if they also had a sleeve on the back to hold a piece of cork to protect my furniture from heat and moisture.

If you take the time to preshrink your fabric, by all means indicate that on a little sign so customers will know your items can safely be washed.

Mug rugs! Here's a cute one. You could make it with doggy fabric. I like the pocket to hold a cookie, a teabag, a mint, a sugar packet, the spoon, etc.
