That is not going to help you at all, exactly the way you seem to think it might, so you had better figure out what you need or want to do first, before you spend any money for anything.
The Conversion Tool CD came free with the machine, and pretty much that program install disk, only lets you use a null modem serial cable to open up an existing embroidery design and send it to the sewing machine, down that serial cable only. To the machine that way, and sew it out. It does not let you make any embroidery designs yourself or write them to a smart media card at all either. Also does not let you use that white plasticPSW2 box for anything.
If you have a null modem serial cable and a white plastic Singer PSW2 box instead, then to use that box at all to do that, send a design to the machine via serial cable or even use that box to write to a smart media card, and you are actually missing the Singer PSW2 programs installation disk CD (which sounds like you are missing to even install that embroidery digitizing program and make that white box work) then you got no Singer PSW2 digitizing program install disk, and can't install and use the digitizing program (since you don't have it) and actuallu can't use the white plastic PSW2 box for anything either. Because old PSW2 digitizing program came as a set with installation CD and the white box together, and has to be used as a set together.
So they are sort of two separate things, and really two separate software programs even and sounds like maybe someone before you, that had the machine, did have both the free included Conversion Tool software that came in the box with the sewing machine when new, and they also bought the costs a whole lot more PSW2 digitizing program set separate, that the white box was part of that set. But now, both CD's have gone lost and missing, before you even got the machine. So what you want to look for there, and now find someplace else, just maybe sort of depends on what you want to do, but anyway you look at it, I think you are missing both the Singer Conversion Tool Software CD that came with the machine, and also the PSW2 software install CD, that the last person paid and bought later at some point. If they had not ever done that, they never would have even had that white PSW2 reader writer box at all even. Hope that makes sense.
