Janome Memory Craft 8900 QCP looking for reviews

I'm thinking of buying one this summer while I'm in the US and want to have some opinions by experts before I sit down and sew with it. I looked in the sewing machine section and there were no reviews at all and that is why I'm invading your message board. Thanks in advance for your time! Zoe

At the same show, the Bernina 710 performed flawlessly and was several hundred dollars less expensive. Sewing time on each machine was less than 30 minutes, so I would not base your decisions on my limited exposure to those machines. Just relating my eperiences . . .
