Best for sheath dress?

Small bust, large hips and stomach same size. Want to make a short sleeve simple dress out of stretch cotton. Tried a muslin in Simplicity 6095 size 16. Not happy with it. What pattern should I try?

I've made it in a polyester with cotton banding & was very happy with it. It has front & back darts so easy to adjust the fit. It's suitable for stretch wovens. Also made Simplicity 2938 in a stretch woven but that is sleeveless. It does come w/ a jacket though. Very,very simple & the front seaming makes it adjustable. I added back darts. The front tucking is flattering for a small bust. Hope these suggestions work for you.
