Date: 3/12/13 10:59 PM I just ordered a Lekala pattern from the US site and got an email from them. I thought that I have to download it but the way the email read it sounds like they are going to ship it. Which is it? |

Date: 3/13/13 5:17 PM I think they say "within 24 hours", and I've had take anywhere from 2 minutes to (on a weekend) 36 hours. One way you can test it: Near the top of the first screen, there's an option for "free patterns". Choose one of those (I think I got the classic blouse), put in all the info, etc, submit the order...and it should be sent to you very, very quickly. Mine took about 2 minutes. It seems that the paypal payment has to be accepted by the seller before the patterns are created and sent. If you choose a free pattern, then no payment acceptance is required. ------

Did you try ordering one of the free ones to see if it is sent right away? And remember to check your Spam folder to see if it went there.
