Bernina 1031, not DC asking for help
thutch Member since 1/5/13 Posts: 3	Login to reply to this post Like this post Date: 3/14/13 8:53 PM I've just taken a chance and bought a Bernina 1031 from eBay, but now can't find a manual. I've checked the Bernina site where you can download out of print manual, online searches, etc. Everything says Bernina 1031DC, but my machine is not DC, not electronic. Can anyone tell me more about the 1031-I've read the very favorable reviews here before I bought it, but didn't realize i'd have trouble finding more info about the non-DC model. Thanks for any help!

Do you have yours yet? I have a 1020 that doesn't say that. I do also have a manual and it says DC electronic on the front. Is your 1031 one that has the red and blue paint swipes on the front or the plain beige one? Leslie ------ Bernina Gal

Date: 3/14/13 10:53 PM I just checked on Ebay and I don't know if it's the machine you bought (sold on 3-13-13) but it does say DC Electronic on the front. It's just to the right of the stitch length lever. I do not have my machine yet but went to look at the listing again on eBay, and mine is the 1031DC, I just had to enlarge the photo and look around better. That means I can find a manual! I'll likely be in touch soon with more questions once she arrives.
