Has anyone with a really flat butt tried Sarah Veblen's Eureka pants pattern?

My rear end might not be "really flat" but it's definitely flatter than most people's. I tried Sarah's Eureka pants pattern when I signed up for her private Online Fitting Help sessions a few weeks ago. The measurements in the pattern booklet to assign size/back combinations seem to be very accurate. The table directed me to use the XS/ Back 1 (flatter rear ends), and that's exactly what I used. To get the pants to fit properly I also did quite a bit of additional scooping and other modifications that Sarah suggested.

Sarah will be giving her first pants fitting online class here on PR sometime this spring. If you're serious about getting the very best fit, I highly recommend the class. Last year, I took Sarah's bodice fitting class on PR, and it was terrific. If you click on this link and check the "notify me whenever new classes are added" box at the top of the page, you'll get an email as soon as Sarah's pants class is announced.

Kathy, I'm sure Sarah will use the Eureka pants pattern in her pants fitting class on PR. Sarah gave me the option of using a different pants pattern when I took her Online Fitting Help, but I chose to use the Eureka pattern, and I'm very glad I did. Not only was the pattern excellent, but the 20 page booklet that came with it was extremely informative. It was also very helpful to have Sarah's Perfect Fitting book. The section on pants fitting is small, but I referred to the photos and text countless times.
