Date: 3/20/13 8:52 AM Lace- is not just for lingerie? Is it still cool? I have some old pieces of lace and am wondering if it should be destashed or remain in hibernation.
Thanks! |

Date: 3/20/13 9:47 AM cg - I work with teens and still see quite a bit of lace used in interesting ways - small pieces as panels on t shirts seems to be the most common. ------ http://bgballroom.wordpress.com to follow the progress on my next ballgown. |

Date: 3/20/13 9:48 AM Lace is still a big trend. The four page ad that folds out of the cover page of the April 2013 Vanity Fair shows three lace or lace trimmed Ralph Lauren garments, and Ralph Lauren's Spring 2013 Collection (the most expensive line he produces) shows several lace trimmed jackets and dresses with a bold Spanish/South American flair.

Date: 3/20/13 10:58 AM I think lace is still strong. I'm currently watching a TV show and a young 20-ish protagonist had on the cutest white stretch lace top. The wardrobe on this show is excellent and quite fashion-forward. |
