I have a babylock bl450A and been trying to do narrow heming with 3 threads and the right side is good but the wrong side keeps having loose loops. I have adjusted the tension for the upper and lower looper but cant get it right.

How about the needle tension? Maybe it's too loose.

Check the needle threading and that the thread is in the tension disc.

I put the needle tension about 4 using maxi lock thread. I put 6 on upper looper and 4 lower looper
