Any suggestions on a pattern that I could use to make something similar to this?

Hana Top

Specifically the collar and the no buttons in the front, only one button on the back collar.

Thanks :)

Interesting combo of features. The pleated (?) sleeve should be easy, and the button loop at the center back. The pleat from the front shoulder, the collar, and the banded waist are not something I could find all together. You could start with something like Buttrrick 5817, rotate the dart to pleats and add the collar from another pattern.

At $175 for a cotton top, I can see why you want to sew it rather than just buy it. Yowza!

Well, S2154 view B, top, seems to put you closer, espcially the collar and the back neckline.

As suggested, you would have to rotate the dart to the shoulder seam and omit the waist darts and you need sleeves...hum.

Good find, lakaribane; that has the similar collar which is probably the trickiest part to find. It looks like it's got a slightly cut-in armhole so it's probably easiest to find a sleeved top that has the type of sleeve you want, and morph the sleeve and armscye onto this top.

What about the sassy librarian blouse on craftsy?

Scratch that it has a lot of front buttons. Maybe new look 6808 for no buttons, but sleeve is not the same.

Even though its note quite the same, I really like the D top from New Look 6808. Thanks for all the great suggestions!
