I really like this dress and was hoping to find a dress pattern similar to it. I doubt I will find one with the exact same neck line. But, a plain square neckline would be fine. I like the band around the waist which most dress patterns I have found don't have. Any suggestions?

Cute! No specific suggestions, but that neckline would be really easy to draft. Squaring a neckline is no harder than just drawing a square shape on your muslin. And that dramatic detail with the bound keyhole would be super simple, too--all you need is enough extra binding to reach the sides of the neckline! :)

I made this dress, which has a waistband. I added piping, which was easy, and it looks like your example dress:
You could easily merge it with a square neckline - you can draw your own, or use something like McCall's 6554 as a guide:

What about Vogue 8723? pretty similar, except for the extended shoulders.
height 5'2" bust 36, waist 31, hip 39.
I have way too many yards to count, and I will never use them up, but I will die trying!
