I must have missed the memo on Liberty of London fabrics. Everyone seems to be so excited about it. They don't stock fabric like that in my town so I've never seen it live.

To me it looks like normal cotton fabrics. Am I missing something or does the fabric have a better feel than most cottons - or is it non-wrinkling or something?

I didn't really get the hype either until I actually touched some in the store in London... It's truly beautiful, has an amazing drape and the prints are great quality. I don't look good in most of their prints though (small florals and soft colours do nothing for me at all), and thank god for that, or I'd be broke now. I purchased some back when I was in London and used it for one of my most comfortable summer dresses ever: blog post
